Crepes offer a wonderful variety of flavors, with numerous topping from sweet to savory. Unfortunately, finding a gluten-free version at a restaurant is quite rare. The good news is that making gluten-free crepes is not very hard. With just a few simple ingredients you will probably already have in your gluten-free kitchen you can enjoy all crepes have to offer.

  1. Mix dry ingredients.

  2. Combine wet ingredients in mixer and mix until combined.

  3. Slowly add dry ingredients and mix until batter is smooth with no lumps. Batter will be runny.

  4. Using a large, shallow pan or crepe pan, on medium heat, pour batter about 1/4 cup while angling pan in a circular motion to spread batter.

  5. Cook for about a minute or until bubbles form and flip using a large spatula. Cook opposite side for about one minute, crepe should be lightly brown.
